Shipping Information
Your order means a lot to us, so we are dedicated to providing fast, safe, and reliable delivery services for all our items. You can find the available delivery options for each item on your product page, and you will be able to select your preferred option at checkout.
Shipping Costs
The associated shipping costs will be listed along with the price details in your cart and during the payment process. Here's how it works: A fixed shipping fee of $3,990 applies, and it increases based on the geographical zone.
Metropolitan Region has a fixed rate of $3,990. Valparaíso, Coquimbo, O'Higgins, Maule, Biobio, and Ñuble regions have a rate of $4,990. Arica and Parinacota, Tarapacá, Antofagasta, Atacama, Araucanía, De los Ríos (Continental), and De los Lagos (Continental) regions have a rate of $5,990. De los Ríos (Insular), De los Lagos (Insular), Aysén, and Magallanes have a rate of $6,990.
Sample shipments are exclusive to the Metropolitan Region and have free shipping for one sample.
Shipping Updates and Alerts
Communication is key. We will keep you informed about the shipping process with email notifications. In the Metropolitan Region, shipments are delivered within 7 business days, while in other regions, the dispatch is handled by SpeedCargo, and their shipping policies apply.
Dispatch Policies
DecorChic provides home deliveries within the Metropolitan Region with a delivery cost based on the delivery location within the city.
Within the Metropolitan Region, deliveries are made by the customer with a cash-on-delivery option. DecoraChic is not responsible for any damage or loss of the product once it is handed over to the transport company.
For deliveries to other regions of Chile, we use Starken, Speed Cargo, or Chilexpress with payment on delivery. The delivery times and policies of the courier companies are their responsibility.
Dispatch Order Details
- Verify that your details are correct: name, address, email, and contact numbers. This information is requested during the purchase process and allows for a proper and timely delivery of your products to your specified address.
- You can check the status of your Purchase Order by contacting us via WhatsApp or email at chic@decorachic.cl, providing the purchase ID or quotation.
Dispatch
Dispatches are carried out on business days, according to the agreed conditions at the time of purchase and the selected courier. We do not offer specific delivery times.
The delivery options are "home delivery" or "store pickup," chosen by the customer.
The dispatch rates and coverage vary depending on the product categories involved in the purchase, their weight, and the shipping location. To know the shipping costs, DecoraChic will provide the approximate measurements of the purchased products and give an estimated freight cost.
Remember that when you receive the Dispatch Guide and sign it, you declare that the product does not have any damage and is complete. Therefore, after accepting the dispatch without observations in the courier's Guide, DecoraChic is not responsible for any physical damages.
Delivery Conditions
DecoraChic reserves the right to cancel the dispatch and the corresponding purchase, after communicating with the customer, if there are variables at the delivery location and time that hinder the process, such as:

- Security
- Absence of an informed person to receive the delivery.
