Refund, Exchange, and Return Process for Products
- Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery; however, some items are not eligible for return. Additionally, a modified return policy applies to certain products.
- Returns are easy and hassle-free. And you can do it online! Visit "My Orders" and select "Return Item." Choose your return and refund method. Check your inbox for a return confirmation email. We will process the refund as soon as the items are received.
- Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer; otherwise, they will be deducted from the refund and may vary depending on the return location. When returning an item, you will receive the money to your original payment method.
- For return cancellations:
- If you want to exchange an item for a different color, size, or completely different product, we'd be happy to assist you with that! The process is similar to a return, and the same policies listed in our Return Policy apply.
- To exchange an item, contact customer service and follow the required steps. Another exchange methodology is to make a return and, once you receive your refund, use your credit to place a new order. Return shipping costs still apply to all exchanges and will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
As per the cases of legal warranty granted in Article 20 of Law No. 19.496 on Consumer Protection, if the purchased product presents faults or defects, the customer may choose between:
- Free product repair, if possible, or;
- Product replacement, upon return of the item, or;
- Refund of the amount paid, upon return of the item. In this case, the customer assumes the return and delivery costs.
The customer has the right to exercise the legal warranty within 3 months following the date of receiving the product, provided that the product has not deteriorated due to consumer fault.
Exchanges and Returns:
Current in-stock products can be exchanged for other available products or products that can be ordered; the customer must pay the price difference if the desired product is of higher value. No cash refunds are given if the desired product is of higher value, and the customer must cover the difference in products. Exchanges can be made up to 20 days after the purchase.
Right of Evaluation:
DecoraChic reserves the right to evaluate the fault or defect of the warranted products before accepting the exchange or return. This evaluation can even be carried out through digital means, with the customer's collaboration.
